Welcome to my blog. I started this blog as a way of sharing my passion for Kundalini Yoga and Meditation with all of my friends and family. Each week I will add a new meditation or pranayam. I will also include great yoga techniques that even the most reluctant yogi can benefit from.
Two years ago, I became a vegetarian. One of the hardest things for me, was finding good, hearty veggie recipes for both me and my family. I have since come across and created some great meals that I will post as well.
